Class description: This is an instructor led training class at the Dictaphone Customer Education Center in Melbourne, FL. During your training you will learn about the following processes in PowerScribe Administration.

  • Define, create, and manage voice and text shortcuts, manage new words in the language model, manage the report queue, manage the License Manager, manage Interface Settings, define and manage the monitors.
  • Demonstrate how to create, edit and manage a workflow, group, and user.
  • Define the basic telephony set-ups, Create and manage callers, Create and manage prompts for Telephony.
  • Define the differences between crystal reports, run necessary Crystal Reports to maintain PowerScribe Workflow.
  • Define and configure Coding Manager and apply workflow coding requirements.
  • Demonstrate how to add, edit and delete providers, patients, and orders.
  • Demonstrate how to train a physician, create and use shortcuts in the Dictation Client.
  • Demonstrate how to train an editor, create and use shortcuts in the Correction Client.

Class description: This is an instructor led training class at the Dictaphone Customer Education Center in Melbourne, FL. During your training you will learn about the following processes for iChart Administrative training.

  • Learn what applications make up the iChart suite and the purpose of each.
  • Overview of the iChart standards and their relationship to the iChart solutions. Understand iChart’s suite of services including dictation, transcription and report management.
  • Understand users, hardware, and technology components and how they interact.
  • Access EXVoice and EXText applications.
  • Understand information systems integration including ISSI, RISI, HISI, document upload and ADT download.
  • Understand what information is being transmitted and where it ends up based on specifications.

  • Define terminology.
  • Create a Pool for Transcription users and create a Pool Script.
