Class description: This is an instructor led training class at the Dictaphone Customer Education Center in Melbourne, FL. During your training you will learn about the following processes in PowerScribe Administration.
- Define, create, and manage voice and text shortcuts, manage new words in the language model, manage the report queue, manage the License Manager, manage Interface Settings, define and manage the monitors.
- Demonstrate how to create, edit and manage a workflow, group, and user.
- Define the basic telephony set-ups, Create and manage callers, Create and manage prompts for Telephony.
- Define the differences between crystal reports, run necessary Crystal Reports to maintain PowerScribe Workflow.
- Define and configure Coding Manager and apply workflow coding requirements.
- Demonstrate how to add, edit and delete providers, patients, and orders.
- Demonstrate how to train a physician, create and use shortcuts in the Dictation Client.
